Bio

I am just another nobody. I was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. My parents came from Russia. Their parents migrated from Germany. I changed my name from "Schritt" to "Stanley." I was a printer for a newspaper before the war, and I continued after the war. Eventually I had my own print shop in Portland, Oregon. I was married in 1942 to Charlotte Plaster, and we had three children, two boys and a girl. Both boys have died. My wife and I are now living in Scottbluff, Nebraska where my wife has two sisters and two brothers. Harry Stanley.
