15. 2/27/45 - Letter from France to my dad. Included in this letter was a postcard (front and back). It's in German and how it was obtained is unknown. If anyone can translate it I would be grateful.

21. 5/21/45 - Letter to my great-grandmother. Members of my grandfather's squad are mentioned as are comments about Hitler's fate. Postcards mentioned at end of letter are missing.
22. 5/27/45 - Letter to my Uncle Ted. Postcards mentioned at end of letter are missing.
23. 7/18/45 - being transferred to the 3rd ID. Letter contained a flyer from SHAEF.
